On Patient is a confidential program that enables you to interact with your healthcare provider using your computer, or a phone from anywhere. Furthermore, the App includes your Access Mental Health Services PLLC health information components.
After joining Access Mental Health Services PLLC, the healthcare professional will create your intake health record. HIPAA regulations must be reinforced. The healthcare professional will send a welcome email with an appointment date and time. This email will also include a link to join up on a computer, tablet, or phone. The email will also include a link to the On-Patient app, which can be downloaded to a smartphone or tablet.
